At this time, I offer telehealth services in English and Spanish to individuals and families across Texas. Specifically, I serve children (ages 5+) and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, and emotional trauma. Sessions will generally be capped at 50 minutes and are initially offered on a weekly or biweekly basis based on need and availability.
Private Pay Rate: $120 per session

For clients with insurance, please check out my Headway profile to learn about the plans I am currently accepting. If you do not see your insurance company listed, I can offer sliding scale rates for prospective clients who are unable to afford my full private pay rate. About Sliding Scale Fees
To ensure therapy is accessible to those who need it most, a limited number of sliding scale seats are available for community members from low-income backgrounds who cannot afford my private pay rate.
I require financial information such as proof of income and reference the 2026 Federal Poverty Guidelines to determine a sliding scale fee. My goal is to be flexible with this sliding scale offer while still making enough income to cover the cost of running a practice.
As I am able to accept more insurance plans, clients will be advised, and those who are eligible for in-network coverage may no longer qualify for sliding scale rates. This will allow me to open up another sliding scale spot for uninsured community members. If you have any concerns about being able to afford therapy, please reach out so we can talk through options.
