At this time, I offer telehealth services in English and Spanish to individuals and families across Texas. Specifically, I serve children (ages 5+) and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, neurodivergence, and emotional trauma. Sessions will generally be capped at 50 minutes and are initially offered on a weekly or biweekly basis based on need and availability.
Private Pay Rate: $120 per session

About Sliding Scale Rates
To ensure therapy is accessible to those who need it most, I offer a limited number of sliding scale seats for community members from low-income backgrounds who cannot afford my private pay rate.
As of 7/1/2026, all available seats have been filled. If you would like to be considered for a sliding scale rate in the future, please complete a Contact Form to get on the waiting list.
For those who are interested in requesting a sliding scale rate in the future, please note financial information such as proof of income is required to determine eligibility via 2026 Federal Poverty Guidelines.
As I am able to accept more insurance plans, clients who are eligible for in-network coverage may be moved to Headway, which allows me to open another sliding scale spot for uninsured community members.
